Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can I order a single t-shirt?

A: Definitely. We accept all orders online via our design tool. For orders above 15pcs, please use our bulk print option to get better pricing.

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Click here and select the item you wish to personalize and use our design tool to create your own unique item. After you have completed your design, add to cart and check out to complete your order.

 

Q: What are the recommended image guidelines?

A: In order to print high quality prints, we recommend setting the image:

  • scaled in actual print size at 300 dpi (at least 150dpi)
  • with transparent background
  • in RGB colour settings
  • saved in PNG format

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy if the files have not been adjusted using our DTG (direct to garment) colour swatches for colour correction. To purchase the swatches, please contact us for details.

 

Q: I get an error that “Registration has been disabled.” when I try to save my design.

A: Please go to this link to register for an account. This step is not required to complete your purchase, as you will be able to register for an account during checkout. Account registration will allow you to view past orders and repeat purchase.

 

Q: When will I receive my item?

A: For orders placed before 1pm, it will be printed and ready for mailing or collection within the next day. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you need an item at a specific date and we will advise you whether it’s possible. As a guide, you can expect to receive your order within 5 work days (except embroidery orders).

 

Q: How long will shipping takes? Is it free?

A: We ship our products out via a local courier which takes between 1-3 working days. It cost $5 and is free if your order is above $100.

As an option, we can arrange for express delivery within the same day of collection. Contact us if you require such service or international shipping rates via DHL.

 

Q: Can I self collect?

A: Definitely. Select “Self Collect” during checkout and it is ready for collection when you receive an email stating that your order is complete. Our collection hours are between 1-3pm from Monday to Friday.

 

Q: I would like to check the materials before placing my order. Can I visit your office?

A: Yes, but it is necessary to give us a call to arrange a time from 1-3pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed via email/phone/walk-in will incur an additional $20 per order.

 

Q: There is a t-shirt design I saw online and I would like to copy it. Can you help?

A: No, we are unable to help with such request. Please use our online design tool if you need to create text or choose from our available image library. You can also consider using www.pixlr.com as an online photo editor.

 

Q: Can I visit your office and get an instant printing service? 

A: No, however it may be possible to schedule your online order for printing earlier. Please call prior to placing your order to confirm.
