Printing Method

Majority of our printings are done via Direct to Garment (DTG) method. The water-based pigment inks are tested and certified to be CPSIA compliant. That’s mumbo jumbo for “safe enough to use for children products”!

This also allows for GRADIENTS and MULTI-COLOUR designs to be printed. In fact, that’s the preferred method if your design is that way.

It allows for a wide range of colours, but when it comes to colour matching, we need to match to our swatch as what you see on screen might be different when printed. Please see our colour matching article for more info.

Silkscreen a.k.a Screen printing

When it comes to big blocks of solid colour, we’d recommend silkscreen printing instead. There is a minimum quantity of 30 pcs, and the price depends on the artwork size, number of colours involved, and the quantity. If you would like a quote, please send an e-mail to us with the details.

Metallic gold and silver (shiny and matte), bright neon colours etc are only possible with this method.
