- We are unable to provide any guarantee on print results, and also do not provide compensation if it is damaged as part of the print process. If we made an error in the print, we will only be able to offer a refund on the printing fee.
1) Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) printing method. We use Brother printers for all DTG related prints. DTG is a water-based ink technology that prints directly onto a shirt. There is no order minimums and no limit to the number of colours in your design. This method is also the best for designs with gradients and fine details. However, when choosing the colours for your artwork, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor.
2) Direct Transfer printing method is also done using water-based ink onto a substrate and subsequently ironed onto a shirt. There is no order minimums and no limit to the number of colours in your design. This method produces stronger and more vibrant colours with a noticeable hand feel of the print. However, this is not recommended for designs with fine details like small text or thin lines and is best for solid text and shapes. It’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor.
3) Silkscreen printing is the most traditional printing method and there is a minimum of 20 pcs due to the setup involved for each design. This method uses rubber ink and is possible to print special colours like gold, silver, and neon colours as well as pantone colours.
Consider the following factors:
· With DTG printing, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment colour. The same colour value will look a little different on 100% cotton vs. a fabric blend. Similarly, the same colour value will look different when printed on a light vs. dark coloured garment.
· Different printing methods will have a different look and feel. The same colour value will look different with each method.
